Practice NHS App Update

We have been informed that there is an inaccuracy with some of the information showing on the NHS APP.

You may see your appointment booked in a time slot before 8am or after 6pm. This is a result of the way our appointments are booked and does not mean you will be called at this time.

When booking an appointment, the Care Navigation team will advise you whether it will be an AM or PM call. Please remember this when viewing your appointments through the App.

We would also like to remind all patients to use the NHS App to request repeat prescriptions.
If you don’t have access to the App, please visit the surgery.

Currently not all features are available on the NHS App and this is being monitored by NHS England
