eConsultation – do you, or do you know someone that needs help?

eConsultation is a means to contact the surgery online. eConsultations can be completed in the comfort of your own home, or even when you are out and about and have access to an electronic device.

Whilst we are still accepting queries and appointment requests by telephone and in person (and have no plans to change this), we are thinking of running a few training sessions with patients that may require assistance with completing an eConsultation.

We have already completed a few sessions in local libraries and these were a success.
