If you are a patient of ours and have ever served in HM Forces, either regular or reserve, even for just a short period, then we need to know. If you haven’t told us before then please pass on your details to a member of our Reception team so that we can mark up our records accordingly.
Making yourself known will mean that any referrals for care needed will be sent to the correct specialist provider:
Op Courage provides a Mental Health and Wellbeing service for Veterans. Individuals can self refer for this.
Op Restore provides a Physical health and Wellbeing service for Veterans and requires a Primary care referral. You will need a GP appointment.
