Expecting a call from us ?

We are aware that patients have reported not having a missed call notification from us when we have tried to call….

Apparently, when people have ‘Do not disturb’ registered on their phones, this will then stop any private numbers getting through which would include us.

So, if you are waiting for a call back from us please can we ask that you turn off ‘Do not disturb’ if this is activated on your phone.

Our call will show up as a private number.
