New Opening Hours – Prescription Team
The surgery wanted to confirm that with effect from Monday 5th February 2024 the prescription telephone lines will be open to the public (housebound) during an extended time of 10am – 12.00pm every morning Monday – Friday. We will no longer be offering an afternoon telephone service.
Other ways for patients to request their medication is listed below:-
Patient can visit the surgery & complete a medication request form.
Patient can set up “patient access” and request their own medication.
Patient can send an e-consult.
Patient can check to see if their pharmacy will request on their behalf.
Patient can telephone if Housebound between 10am – 12pm.
