Self booking links

We have introduced a self-booking service for certain reviews or appointments. Please note, some of these appointments are time sensitive i.e. bloods, this is due to the times of collection in which the bloods are taken to the laboratory.  The collection time at Leap Valley surgery is 3.30pm, with Emerson’s Green surgery being slightly later at 4.30pm, therefore your blood appointment should be booked before these times.   

It is very important if you are sent a link that you ensure you read the text message that is sent, to look out for messages concerning time sensitivity.  If you are sent a self-booking link and the messages are not read correctly, this could result in your appointment being cancelled.  You will then be asked to rebook, which will cause a delay in your care and a waste of resource and time.
